extensive beaches of the Comporta Region and the
cliffs in the South West. It begins in Sesimbra and ends in Odeceixe, travelling through the Serra da Arrábida Natural Park, the Nature Reserve of the Sado Estuary, the Lakes of Melides, Santo André and Sancha and the Natural Park of the South West Alentejo.

This route lasts for 7 days, starting at Marvão and ending at Évora. It goes through the Natural Park of Serra de S. Mamede and,
travelling along the most beautiful countryside roads and lanes, links Marvão, Castelo de Vide, Flor da Rosa, Crato, Alter do Chão, Fronteira, Estremoz, Terena, Monsaraz / Lake of Alqueva and Évora.
